好消息！为了方便所有中兴校友们递交新会员表格给本会秘书处，本会特设网上呈交表格利便，新会员们从现在开始可以下载以上会员表格，填妥所有相关资料后，使用以下电子呈交表呈交（会员表格，会员照片及汇款收据）给我们秘书处，谢谢。旧会员们也可以通过以下电子表格呈交会员更新资料给本会，谢谢！
