FYI, this year our Alumni will jointly organize the Centennial Celebration
of Tiong Hin Schools together with the School Boards.

The events are listed below, culminating with a Thanksgiving Church Service,
“Back-To-School” & Grand Gala Dinner on the 02Dec17.

Appreciate if all of you can support the event by making an effort
to come back on that day to participate in this “once-in-a-lifetime” event. Dinner tickets are sold at RM500 per table.

Please spread the news around, and take this opportunity as another reunion gathering
of our classmates as well as schoolmates.

Pursuant to the Rule 12 of the Rules & Constitution, notice is hereby given that the AGM of Tiong Hin Schools Alumni Association (THSAA) will be held as follows:

1.Chairman Message
2.To receive and adopt the following:-
(i)Minutes of 1st AGM held on 4/4/2015
(ii)Secretary’s General Report for year 2015/2016
(iii)Treasurer Report and Audited Account 30/4/2016
3.To nominate and elect new Committee Members for the next term (2016/2018)
4.To consider any proposed programs*
5.To transact any other matters

Note:
The meeting shall convene only if members present constitute a quorum (ie. either twice the number of the Committee Members or one-half of the total voting membership, whichever is the lesser. In the absence of a quorum after half an hour, the meeting shall be postponed to a later date to be decided by the Committee.
